External subtitles not showing on UE32C6000 TV

Hello everyone, here it is my problem: when I first installed Serviio on my PC, my TV was immediately detected by it and I was able to play some .mkv files and the subtitles were correctly shown.
Now, when I try to play an .mkv file the subs aren't shown anymore even though I haven't changed anything in the Serviio settings.
Is there someone with a possible explanation for this strange behavior? I'm aware I have given very few information but if anyone has any ideas I'll give every details needed.
Thanks in advance!

You could check and see if a different profile was assigned to your TV in the Serviio console. If the TV was assigned a different IP address from your router, Serviio would treat it as a new device and might not assign the same profile.

If that checks OK, we probably need you to enable detailed logging, try to play something with a sub file, and then attach the log here. Then we can see if the file is detected correctly.

Thank you for your answer. I didn't understand very well the first part. In the Status section of the console I can see the profile Samsung TV / player (C/D-series) which apparently should be the right one, while the IP address is 192.168.1.118

I also tried to play a file and this is the log (subs are in the same folder and correctly renamed):

The standard log does not provide the information required to see how it's being handled. You need to enable debug logging. See the link in my sig line for instructions.

You should also go into the TV menu and check to make sure it shows the same IP address. Just to be sure.

I don't know if unplugging a roku device from the TV has helped, but, all of a sudden, the voice "subtitle settings" has reappeared on the tools list of my TV.
So my problem is solved. Thank you for your tips anyway!
