BluRay and MOV files

Hello-
I just got around to trying some of my home movies that I edited and made into .mov files. They appear on the Blu-ray just fine, but then I play them, 1 doesn't play at all, and the 2nd one will play for about a minute and then a window will pop up saying, "Not Supported Video Codec". What does this mean? Is my router not able to handle sending .mov files to the Blu-ray player or does it need more time to load? Thanks for your help.

Re: BluRay and MOV files

yes, they are supported, it's just a flavour of mpeg4. Post ffmpeg -i of the mov file.

Petr - how do I post ffmeg -i ? Is it a conversion? Or an option within Serviio?
