Somes files are not supported by E Series TV

Every once in a while, Serviio/TV runs into files that won't play. I get the message on TV saying file not supported. Here is the media info of 2 files. First one plays fine. Second does not play at all. If I change the renderer from Samsung E series to DirectTV as some suggested to force transcoding, then the files plays. So, my question is, what is the purpose of the specific Samsung renderer if it cannot detect the problem and transcode the video?
