Re: Network Disconnection problems on Samsung Series 7

I tried what you suggested and it still disconnects after 6mins, and then I continue where I left off and 6mins in it disconnects again.

I am stomped, and don't know where to go from here. I think maybe we need a profile for the model series of Samsung TV, it seems like this happens when playing MP4 files.

So anymore suggestions would be good, only this TV has this problem all my other devices work flawlessly the TV is Samsung UN50HU7000.

Re: Network Disconnection problems on Samsung Series 7

I'm experiencing the same issue as you described. After about 15-20 minutes it will completely lose connection to Serviio. I have a Samsung UE55KS7000(2016). If I had to take a guess, I think this is an issue caused by the TV itself and not by Serviio, although I can't be 100% sure. Is there any way to pull up a log from the samsung tv itself?

This is what the serviio logs display;
