yes just use the < and > arrow keys :)

it only skips forward 20 second chunks on C series but that is a limitation of the device and not serviio.

the B series seems to handle it slightly better from what im told and if you hold the arrow key it jumps forward long duration the longer u hold the key.

i have no info on the D series but as far as i know it acts like the C series and only jump forward in 20 second chunks.

There is a massive difference between C6000 and C8000 series, C6000 series doing a better ff/rw job...

Yes the D5300 jumps 20 second intervals, but if you hold the button too long it stops and just plays normally. I can get about 4-5 mins of movie FF before it starts playing while holding the button down.

Hmmm...Not sure about this, does not work on most of my movies on my B Series.

Depends on file type, the TV doesn't support it for all file types.

What I am finding on the C5500 is that it would initially fast forward well but as the watching point moves futher into the file it would become gradually slower to react untill it is about impossible to forward at about the 30 min mark.

hmm thats odd your first person to say that, for most it either work or it doesnt depending on what firmware they have installed. What is your current firmware version ?

As Zip said, it depends of file format. Using AVI, MKV or something similar rew and fwd works, but if you use another format as FLV won't work. I'm not sure, but I think this is a device limitation, not serviio limitation.

I have a Samsung D8000 and I can't fast forward/rewind any .mkv files. Is anyone able to do this with this TV or other file formats?
