I just replaced my samsung E series with a KS8500 but now the external subtitles don't work also resume is not working as well, i tried to change the profiles to other samsung devices but no luck

Hey welcome in the club.... here is my settings its work for me. I hope its gonna work for u too. I use Samsung J profile btw
