Samsung D5520 series (SmartTV) problems

I'm going crazy with this one. It simply refuses to work. I cannot transcode anything as TV returns that codec is not supported and now also external subtitles refuse to work. All arround this forum everybody states both work out-of-the-box for most Samsungs so to avoid duplicating other threads I started, a simple question... anybody has setup Samsung D series (Smart TV), preferably near D5520, and can transcode (in example MKVs, h264 with level above 4.1 --> mpegts...) AND get subtitles working?

Re: Samsung D5520 series (SmartTV) problems

First I was using Samsung C/D, then I also changed it and simplified for testing (as 99% of my stuff is MKVs with h264 of some kind). But I wanted to avoid double posting, main problem is here (viewtopic.php?f=10&t=2697), so in this post I just wanted to find someone with same tv model, or similar, as C series in my bedroom works and it is cheaper and older model. I still have to see if subtitles problem exist on my C5000 but above one doesn't.
