Not all TVs show thumbnails. There's nothing that can be done from Serviio's side to change that.

Re: UN65NU6950 VIDEO THUMBNAILS BLANK

I had an NU series but didn't like its HDR performance so I gave it to my daughter. Her DLNA server isn't working right now, so I can't verify what it shows. That said, I don't use the DLNA player that's built into any of my TVs, because they all have terrible user interfaces. I use either a Roku or Nvidia Shield as my player, and I just today received a Fire TV Cube, that I have barely tested yet. Other than getting Kodi set up in time for the wife to go to bed, I haven't really looked too closely at it. But at first glance my wife thinks the video looks a bit better on it than my '17 Shield.
