Connetion problem

Hi

I have a router (tp-link) and a range extender (also tp-link).
Almost all the time everything is working fine, but sometimes the tv doesn't connect to serviio. In serviio the tv (samsung ue46c5100) appears with the green dot (activ) but tv sais "no external storage device found. Check the connection status".
TV is wireless connected.

Any help?
Best Regards
Jose

Re: Connetion problem

Yes, I know that. But after 10, 20 min it still doesn't show in tv. That is not normal.

Connetion problem

It happens to me sometimes, I usually fix it by turning the TV off an on. I don't think it is a serviio issue as during these times when my TV is not finding serviio, my iPhone and iPad find serviio without any problems.
