Folder loading

Hi,
i have problem with loading folders on my TV Samsung UE32ES6800, i using NAS server QNAP TS-112. Now about my problem...
For example when i go to folder movies/tvshows than loading is very long and after this time is opened folder tvshows, but its empty and after that tv says "conection lost with serviio server". I think its about some timeout, because after few attempts it show what is in folder tvshows. (in folder tvshows is 38 folders)

Do you know what is it?

Thank for any advice and sorry for my bad english:x

Re: Folder loading

Hi
I have the same problem, Qnap 659 Pro + , 6x 2tb WD drives.
I thought it might be cause my Hard drives are sleeping? , cause of the fact that it works after a couple of attempts.
I have 4 Samsung TV's in the house , and it is the same for all.
Could it be that the Database cannot be accessed because the HD's are sleeping?
I have not tried to set the drives to never sleep. Any help , advise would be greatly appreciated.
P.S once it starts , there is no problem at all and it works great.
