There's no issues with running Serviio on Windows 10. So we need to determine first if Serviio is running correctly, and if so then look for things like firewall settings, VPN, or anti-virus that might be blocking Serviio from network access.
So, first thing to do is to look at the Serviio log. On a default Windows 10 installation, it's located in the C:\Program Files\Serviio\log folder, with the name Serviio.log. If you could attach that here we can ensure it's working correctly. Then we can go from there.
