Thumbnails of photos show but not full screen
Situation: photos on a DVD produced by a PC. Photos copied to a Mac running Mavericks. Attempting to show photos on a TV screen with TV connected to a Sony BDP S370 bluray player.
Result: The folders show OK and there are thumbnails of each photo but attempting to display the full photo results in a black screen with no error messages. I have tried exporting the photos to a smaller size but this has no effect. All other photos in my collection show fine, it is only the photos that originate from the DVD. I have an app on my iPad that connects to the Serviio server and this displays the photos without problem. Any suggestions as to what the problem is when trying to show them on the TV?
