Sony Bravia KDL50W805, problems with some subtitles

Hello,

im new to this forum and hope you can help me because i already searched google and some topics like this "...with greek subtitles, etc.".
Im using Servio Pro and a Sony Bravia KDL50W805 television.

Mostly i watch anime that has japanese vocals and german/english subtitles.

The problem is, that there with some subgroups, the subtitles only work on my computer with VLC player.
Have you any ideas how to fix this problem, because Serviio is really great for my media at home.

This is the last issue i have.

Not sure to understand your problem...
Do you set preferred langage on serviio console Delivery/Subtitle tab ?

Could you provide detailed information about a file format? (see signature link...ffmpeg -i and Mediainfo tools result)

Could you check on detailed logging if your file was delivered in native format or transcoded ?

Im sorry that I cant explain my problem that good.
Im not good in this genre.

I think i did the right settings, but im not sure about this.
But i made a screenshot for you.



Maybe something like type in, german, ger, de can help here?

Then if you want that german subtitle ("ger") be burned in transcoding output, I suggest to add ger value on "bevorsugte Sprache" field.

I will try this when I am home later.

I tried this out, but it's still not working.

There isnt any change.
No subs are shown if i watch it over Serviio.

Whats next i can try?
