Sony BDP-S580: jpg thumbnails but no images
Serviio noob here. I have the latest version of Serviio running on a Macbook Pro OS X 10.11.4, Airport Extreme wifi router, Sony BDP-S580 bluray player.
In Serviio console I have selected the BDP-Sx80 profile, added jpg image folders to the shared Serviio library, and the server is recognized by the bluray player.
I can select the server via the bluray menus, but then I have a problem.
I get thumbnails of all of the images, but pressing "play" gets me a black TV screen with the file name, file creation date, a spinny gear, and then a totally black screen, no error message.
Why can't I see the jpg files? The specs for the Sony BDP-S580 indicate that jpg files are readable...
I seem to be having similar problems with audio and video files as well.
