Spoke too soon it seems!

Hi again, another problem:
Having directed Serviio to the Primary blue "Pictures" folder, it can access relevant sub folders, but then it seems to have a problem with some of the "Sub-sub-folders".
Some of the ones it can see, it tells me don't have any content (not true!) others it just refuses to see.
One of those sub-sub folders it can't see is called "holidays" and contains more folders within, named by Place and Date.
In order to try and access these, I made a new Library Path direct to the folder "holidays"...it's now listed in the folder view on my TV, but again when selected, says there is no content....I don't know how to persuade Serviio to "put on it's reading glasses!"
Today, Serviio appears to be sulking, it seems to be working on my PC, but the TV cannot access it. :(

Check the log if the pictures have been added.

Re: Spoke too soon it seems!

Hi zip, log shows all pictures that were added yesterday once I had re-directed Serviio to the correct folder group.
attachment is the remaining log entries since the last photo was added.
I am still unable to access Serviio from my TV, just get "Cannot access server".
If I exit Serviio, is there some way to re-start it without having to re-boot my PC.
If there is, I haven't yet found it!
Edit: Sorry, forgot to attach the Log File.

Re: Spoke too soon it seems!

It seems, according to the log file that the IP address of your PC change after each restart...192.168.1.103, then 192.168.0.1...

I suggest to fix the IP address of all your devices (and don't use DHCP) :
For example:
Router : 192.168.1.1
PC: 192.168.1.20 with DNS to your Router address : 192.168.1.1
TV: 192.168.1.21 with DNS to your Router address : 192.168.1.1
And all mask to 255.255.255.0

Re: Spoke too soon it seems!

Hi Illico, Hmm.. that sounds scary!
If I can manage it, will it have any effect on my home network?
I don't want to upset that!! :)

When I can once more connect to the server, I will still have the same problem concerning folders that are not visible, and other folders that Serviio says have no content.
Any ideas on what is causing that?
