Is there a way to play MKV in S370 without transcoding? Or at least mkv with the original soundtrack of DTS 1.5 MB?
blm wrote:Now I have another problem.. subtitles are "half" working - I think there is a problem with display time of each text - player skips some of the texts. I have checked srt file before muxing and in my opinion is fine.
darisil wrote:I had tried to mux the same .srt in the same .mkv before, but the player didn't show the subs in any media server (don't ask me why). Then I did the following: 1) set to 'yes' the 'Default track flag' and 'Forced track flag' in the srt track; and 2) selected 'none' to 'Compression' under the 'Extra Options' tab for ALL the tracks.
BINGO!! The BDP played the file and showed the subs. But only from PMS, not from Serviio. Furthermore, the same result was observed in my Samsung D6900 TV and PS3, which makes me think Serviio didn't make it happen.
