Unable to add video and music files to media library

I had to reinstall Windows 7-64 bit. Since reinstalled serviio, I can not add video (avi, mp4...) files to my media library except DVD files. They just don't appear in the file system. Even if I press Force refresh, the titles do not come to the small window. If I add photos, everything is okay.
Last time I did not have any problems, that is why I started using Serviio. But now... It is really annoying, not to get my movies in my LG 42LA620S tv.
I was thinking on installing codec pacs, but I read it is not needed. I could add some mkv files made by myself from camera recording, but no any official movies. I have the same problems with mp3 music files.
I checked in Media Browser too, I can't see the movies too. Not in the Latest added, not in the folders...nowhere. My firewall is set to make everything enable for the serviio elements.
Can somebody help me?
