Freezes

New to serviio,so far i,ve been very impressed.But over the past couple of days movies have been freezing.???Nothing has been changed in my setup.
Any thoughts???

More details, please. What player? What version of Serviio? What is Serviio running on (computer, NAS, what OS)?
