TX-40CS630E burned-in subtitles not working

Hello

So I've downloaded some movies with burned-in subtitles. And I can't seem to get them working.

I have tried to enable all subtitle option.
- Enable subtitles
- Enable extraction of subtitles embedded in video files
- Enable burned-in subtitles (always)

And I have tried with only - Enable subtitles

It seems my tv supports subtitles, but when I select the language. Still no subtitles.

Thanks in advance.

Re: TX-40CS630E burned-in subtitles not working

Which profile is being used?
I've downloaded some movies with burned-in subtitles.
Doesn't sound right - most files won't have them burnt in already - are they embedded or as a separate file (eg. a .srt file).
If embedded (or you're not sure) then please post MediaInfo for the file (see signature).
If separate, is the filename of the sub file exactly the same (other then the file extension) as the filename of the movie?

Maybe press the STTL button? It's one that's shows some characters ending with a :).
It should say subtitles on/off. That worked for me.
Cheers
