Panasonic Viera Serviio starts then disappears

I have been using Serviio on my Panasonic TV for many years successfully. I installed a new modem for the NBN and now when I look for Servio it's icon appears briefly then disappears.
Any advice?

Check that Serviio is allowed in your firewall.
