P42s30 doesnt see serviio

Hi evreybody,

I just installed serviio and have a p42s30, my laptop sees the tv with servio, but i don't have a clue how i get the tv to see my laptop and the maps with the moviefiles. I entered in serviio the maps that should be visible for the panasonic, but i dont know how to acces the files on the tv. I tried via usb/sd button, but it says there is no connection.

Somebody got any ideas?

Grtz,

On my TV have to go to "VIERA CONNECT" (green button) -> "Connect to media server".

Thank you for the fast reply.

I did what you said, but i can't see the choice connect to' media server'

Only mediaplayer and that says there is no device attached.

Hope for some other possibilities

According to this link it has: http://shop.panasonic.com/shop/model/TC-P42S30?t=specs
Check your TV's manual on how to connect through DLNA.

I checked the manual but it doesnt state that it has dlna. Perhaps because ive got the dutch model? On the dutch website of panasonic it doesnt say it has dlna.

The tv only has the mediaplayer option using usb or sd, its not possible to connect to mediaserver...

Can you post your serviio.log file.

Also what is the IP address of the computer running serviio and the P42S30?

yep that would explain it, guess panasonic decided the dutch dont need dlna.
