problem with panasonic TX-P42GT20E

hi:

i have a problem with my tv an some avi files.

first say that the list of devices never appeared to me my TV with the green dot.
point has always been red and near the point puts panasonic viera but the movies are well reproduced.
until now had not had any problems with the movies but I've realized that having a size of 352x288 I get an error message "file not supported"
instead they are with any other resolution are reproduced without problems.
can help me with this problem?
need to configure something?
thanks

the tv is Panasonic Viera TX-42GT20E

all my video files are avi an with XVID5 codec

Re: problem with panasonic TX-P42GT20E

1. Please provide information on the file that will not play (howto in signiture)

2. Please provide support information on your device ? (howto in signiture)

3. Which profile are you testing with ? (default or new modified)

Re: problem with panasonic TX-P42GT20E

well with upnp tools i can´t obtain anything so i post the results of the other option:
REG07614065.pdf
this is the tv information
(96.55 KiB) Downloaded 394 times

and for the file information:
Nuevo Documento de texto.txt
file information
(833 Bytes) Downloaded 481 times

in case of it´ll be insuficient i post the mediainfo
Destino final -2.avi.txt
mediainfo
(5.49 KiB) Downloaded 478 times

abaut the profile, i usually use the panasonic viera profile.

note that only happens with movies whose dimension is 352x288 the rest are perfectly played

thanks

thats normal as it doesnt support UPNP search so serviio doesnt know if its on or off

until now had not had any problems with the movies but I've realized that having a size of 352x288 I get an error message "file not supported"

we can possibley force a resolution for all movies but thats abit of overkill and your best bet is to reencode the failing ones in a new Res or get them from different source.

instead they are with any other resolution are reproduced without problems.

yep that would make sense, and would confirm what i said above.

Re: problem with panasonic TX-P42GT20E

well

have been reviewing and comparing files that did not breed with which they would reproduce and I realized that the problem was the codec used for tomorrow will try to recode some files to another codec.

I have come to this conclusion because if there is any 352x288 sized movie that plays well.
proves to recode with another codec and I will comment to see how it turns out.

on the other hand, the point in red has no importance, hasn´t it?
