can't see any files in my folder - is it user permission?

Hi,
I have installed the Serviio version 1.5.2 on my Nas NSA325v2.
I have started the Serviio console on my computer, and added my path to my Videos (to the Nas).

I see my Nas under network tab in Win 8.1 home edition.
I see my Serviio server and clicking on it goes to my Video folder on Nas.
Both Nas and computer are in the same homegroup.
The IP is set correctly in Serviio console wmoptions.

But when I force refresh in Serviio Console nothing happens in my Video-folder.
I tested the Mediabrowser and no files there and I connected my Ps3 and can't see any files in folder Video there either.

I read somewhere that Serviio can't be as Unix/root as a user....?!

Can anybody guide me to change the Serviio folders to the right permission needed?
Or is it read and right permissions on a special folder needed?

At the moment the permission on a folder Video is:
Everybody
root(Unix user/root)
root(Unix group/root)

And they have permission: special permission

Nothing that I have changed.
Nas: Zyxel NSA325v2 with firmware V4.80(AALS.0)C0 + ffp
installed Serviio 1.6, java 1.8.0_33, Serviio Console 1.6

Hi, did you ever get a solution to this problem?

Return to NAS installation
