It looks like the change was not taken into account.. it still used 22050 instead of 48000 (actually the first try with 44100 also didn't take your change, I overlooked the FFMpeg output which still used 22050.
Yes, you can use it from Windows. Don't use mapped drive, but UNC path, like \\mynas\movies
