DS1515+ ffmpeg using 75% of processor

Hello to all.

I have a DS1515+ 4 core 2.4 GHz Intel ATOM with 16 Gig RAM, DSM 6.0.2-8451 Update 1, and Serviio PRO v 1.6.1, and frankly all seems to run fine with one stream. I had no installation or setup issues at all.

However it does not work with 2 streams as I have found that ffmpeg is running at 75%. The files are all encoded with handbrake, all .h264 encoded mp4 files with AAC and stereo mixdown. I have transcoding disabled.

I also noted that stacking may not be working, or is that a player issue? My player sees both parts of a split movie. I have tried several players including media browser. I turned on transcoding, and restarted Serviio by going to control panel > info center > service tab, with no joy, still no stacking.

This version is working well for me, less the processor issue. Any help/insight would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Addition: ffmmpeg stayed running at 50% for almost an hour even after all of the dlna devises were disconnected. HELP?

If you use MediaBrowser and any other than Original quality, it'll always be transcoding, even if you disable it.

For stacking, do you have the Pro edition? And did you follow the naming as per http://serviio.org/features/10-uncatego ... o-stacking

I do have the pro version, and why is it 75% of the processor, and why does it use the processor an hour after the I close the browser?

It probably transcodes the file. It finishes transcoding the file even if you're not watching it anymore.
