Installing Serviio on D-LINK DNS-313

Hi

Sorry about this but I'm a newbie to this. I have a D-LINK DNS-313 and a Sony BDP-S570 Player, which is a media receiver. I have installed Serviio on my XP PC and works great. But I want to use my NAS as the Media Server. Can someone please give me a step by step process how to install and configure Serviio and all it's components, i.e. Java. Although I'm quite technically confident on MSDOS and Windows my Unix/Linux is very basic.

I have search all the forums and not found anything I could use.

Thank you all in advance.

It's got an unusual CPU and only 64MB RAM so I highly doubt you'll ever find a Java virtual machine for it:

Hi,

Thanks for posts... looks like I'll need to invest in a NAS, I really didn't want to keep my PC running. Do you have any recomendation on a media server.

Thanks
