I just finished compiling a QPKG to fix the bug of the QTS 5.0.1 version refusing to install or start.
I tested it on a TS-253D and everything works perfectly. I also took the opportunity to put the thumbnails in HD by default from the first start.
Could a moderator or administrator tell me how to put it here as its size is 38mb.

You will have to put them as mentioned somewhere online with guest access. This forum doesn't support attachments that large, and there's no way around that.
