Serviio UPnP e QNAP NMP-1000

Hello i have a qnap nmp-1000 but i can't see serviio UPnP resources with my qnap. I have just tray to disable my windows firewall but i can't see serviio too.
what can i do for play my computer video into my tv with qnap nmp-1000?

how i can enable UPnP for serviio in windows 7?

My device doesn't see Serviio

This could be caused by you having multiple IP addresses on the machine and Serviio binding to a wrong one. Insert IP address of the machine running Serviio into 'Bound IP address' field in Network Settings section in the console or pass system variable serviio.boundAddr including the IP address when starting the server.

Also make sure that TCP port 8895 and UDP 1900 are open in your firewall.

If you are on a Linux based OS, make sure you set up multicast routes properly.

If on Windows, you can push Serviio service down in starting order.

i have set manualli ip address in serviio with mi local machine address (my lan is 172.17.16.x and my pc is 172.17.1.106 and qnap is 172.17.16.99)
in windows i must to start some services?

qnap don't see serviio, but if i use ps3 media server or windows media player qnap see correct, but i don't like these software for my use.

Serviio is a DLNA server. UPnp is a part of DLNA.

The service is started automatically when windows is started.

Can you post your serviio.log file, it is in the serviio directory in the log folder. Maybe we can see something in the log causing your problem.

Also can you run the script in this thread and post the results.

Your PC must use the same IP subnet format as your Qnap.

Your PC is 172.17.1.106 and your qnap is 172.17.16.99. Change your PC to 172.17.16.106 and it should work.

how i can enable UPnP for serviio in windows 7?

How long have you had your NMP-1000. When they initially came out, a DLNA server was not in the firmware. Make sure that you have downloaded the current firmware.

i have just update my nmp-1000 to last firmware, i check version firmware periodically and iu up to date.
windows 7 have just a UPnP/DLNA server, is not possibole use it with serviio?
i must install another software?

I will keep trying to get serviio to work as long as you keep trying. does the IP address for the Qnap show up on the serviio console.

if it does not add it manually and see if it sees serviio then. If it does not try the xbox profile and see if the qnap can see serviio.

i try to use media player for see local UPnP/DLNA but media player retrive folder shared by serviio but the content of this folder is empty despite i have shared a local folder... why do it?

Ok so the media player is seeing serviio but the folder is empty? change the profile to directTV which transcodes everything, restart serviio and see if there is any files in the serviio folder.

for media player i did to windows media player i have set mi local pc as a direct tv but nothing to do :S

Can you see the serviio server on the Qnap?

ok, now qnap work fine, qnap see shared folder and play correctly without transcodifications, but windows media player don't see the file.
now qnap is added manually and is DLNA GENERIC device type.

i try to add my pc both 172.17.1.106 than 127.0.0.1 and i try to set generic dlna, tv direct and xbox360 but media player don't see folder correct.
wmp see me folder than not exits, ex: "playlist".
how can i resolve it?
for now qnap work fine, i don't know because it before don't work, bho
