Any step by step for freenas

I am a beginner installed freenas on an old computer to use as a server .
freenas.local
Version 0.7.2 Sabanda (revision 7529)
Built on Sat Sep 3 05:09:45 JST 2011
OS Version FreeBSD 7.3-RELEASE-p6 (revision 199506)
Platform amd64-embedded on AMD Sempron(tm) Processor 2800+
the suppled Upnp server is not working on this version.
I have a Sony bluray player and would like to use this and have installed Serviio on a windows computer on my network and it is exactly what i need.

I have no idea how to install it on freenas do not know how to start need step by step

is anyone willing to help

Point taken but when I don't know the difference between full and embedded installs and what is putty its all a bit daunting.

I was in your situation and lost a lot of time ! But now it works.
