Best value for 2-bay Nas to run Serviio

I am looking for the best value for a 2-bay nas that can run serviio and have fast performance.

so far I saw these three, but performance wise I assume they are the same, features wise and reliability wise which is better? (or can you recommend something better for my budget)

I am looking at the following
q-nap ts-212 (1.2ghz, 256mb ram) ~ $200
synology ds-211j (1.2ghz, 128mb ram) ~$200
d-link dns-325 (1.2ghz, 256mb ram) ~ $175
Sony BDP-S580 M07.R.0553| PS3 Slim | Server 2008 R2 w/ Serviio 0.6.0.1 (ThinkServer TS130, Intel Xeon E3-1235 3.2GHZ 4 Core 8 Thread, 4GB DDR3, 2x 2TB HD running on 20W idle power consumption)

I believe it's been said a few times in other threads that Serviio doesn't run well on 256MB. You'll want to get one with 512MB of RAM. I'm using a QNAP TS-219 myself.
