unable to add local in Serviio Web UI

Recently I reinstalled Serviio on my Synology NAS also with the Serviio Web UI. I wanted to add the local folders to the to the Library but it is not able.

There are no folders visible in this dialog, and it is not able to write manually the path into the "Selected Folder" area.
