Re: ITV Player (UK only) - Web Resource

EDIT: I've added some links to http://serviidb.com so if you use ServiiDroid you can search for 'ITV' to get a list of results which you can add directly to your library. Please add the ones I haven't to serviidb.com so that we can build up a nice list of them.

I'll start adding links to serviidb.com, very little on ITV that I would watch, but should be a few things that my partner would like :)

Edit: just tried an episode of titanic and it worked, and I think 4oD is now actually working for me with the latest ffmpeg+librtmp :D Will do a proper test later where I actually watch it rather than just run the ffmpeg command.

Re: ITV Player (UK only) - Web Resource

I've just tried to watch something, after about 10 min it stopped. The log showed ffmpeg had returned code 141. Running the ffmpeg command on its own worked perfectly. Any suggestions?

Re: ITV Player (UK only) - Web Resource

hey will, urls seems to work without "%20", noticed you added some in serviiDB, it looks alot cleaner

Example
  Code:
http://www.itv.com/itvplayer/video/?Filter=BritainsGotTalent
http://www.itv.com/itvplayer/video/?Filter=60MinuteMakeover
http://www.itv.com/itvplayer/video/?Filter=TheCube
Sony Bravia 2010 52NX803 - Sony PS3 - Xbox 360
Serviio running on QNAP NAS 639 Pro - 1.6 Intel Dual Core - 2GB RAM and QNAP NAS 121 - 2Ghz ARM Marvell - 1GB RAM
Console using ServiiDroid for Android, ServiiMetro and ServiiWP for Windows Phone and WebUI for iOS

Re: ITV Player (UK only) - Web Resource

Hi

Thanks for an excellent product. I have loaded the ITV Player plugin which works well with for example Titanic but not with Vera and Scott and Bailey which are available on ITV Player. Any idea why this should be happening?

It would seem that after further investigation the shows that will not play have a Guidance rating on ITV Player

Re: ITV Player (UK only) - Web Resource

Havings issues with the Jeremy Kyle Show (I swear its for my wife  )

I added http://www.itv.com/itvplayer/video/?Fil ... myKyleShow

Im thinking it maybe because this show has some adult language (thats bleeped - the wife told me :? ) it may need verification of age
CPU gets maxed out and get this error message
  Code:

I thought i'll try a single episode after closing Serviio as it was maxing 100% cpu for long time as http://www.itv.com/itvplayer/video/?Fil ... myKyleShow has multiple episode content even after deleting the content from Serviio.

So i added http://www.itv.com/itvplayer/video/?Filter=309876 at 1.39pm
I get samme error message in logs at 1.40pm
heres the weird part, cpu hovers around 50% then at 1.42pm it maxes to 100%
At 1:50pm, after 8 minutes its still 100% max load so decide to remove the URL content by pressing remove and then save
Gone into the logs and appears Serviio is still busy looking for the ITV player episode
At 1:56pm, my cpu is still maxed out even after deleting the URL over 5 mins ago so decide to Exit Serviio completely which got my cpu down to under 5%

Think there maybe a bug in Serviio also not stopping its max load as it continues to add content even after its been deleted

Re: ITV Player (UK only) - Web Resource

Xmantium wrote:heres the weird part, cpu hovers around 50% then at 1.42pm it maxes to 100%
At 1:50pm, after 8 minutes its still 100% max load so decide to remove the URL content by pressing remove and then save
Gone into the logs and appears Serviio is still busy looking for the ITV player episode
At 1:56pm, my cpu is still maxed out even after deleting the URL over 5 mins ago so decide to Exit Serviio completely which got my cpu down to under 5%

I've now hopefully fixed the case of when you remove it it should stop the CPU usage. It will still try to parse it every few minutes until you remove it from the list or disable. Please test in the next Beta.
