Re: ITV Player (UK only) - Web Resource

I've added over 100 ITV programmes at http://www.serviidb.com/plugin-api-name ... er-uk-only

You can use the 3rd party apps in my signature to add them automatically to your Serviio library :D

Edit: Found the cause, ITV removed all episodes of Britains Best Bakery - https://www.itv.com/itvplayer/britain-s-best-bakery :(
Ended up with tonnes of logs with same error. Can this plugin be amended to say "No episodes found"

Re: ITV Player (UK only) - Web Resource

Hi,

I've just discovered the world of streaming and am loving it.

Is there any way to access the ITV Player streams from Australia?

Any info and help greatly appreciated.

Cheers,
Aaron

Yes mate, I did indeed.. OK thats interesting.. looks like the profile changes I made might have been too significant, all good though.. I'll just have to extend my testing plan. This is the first source my changes have broke though.. I wonder whats special about this source.. I look forward to figuring it out! Cheers for ears... newborn

As for the url https://www.itv.com/itvplayer/coronation-street/ so just an extra / which I imagine serviio will parse anyway.

Re: ITV Player (UK only) - Web Resource

Can anyone help me on this one, im desperately trying to get Im A Celebrity - Get Me Out Of Here to work on my ARM QNAP, it works perfectly fine on Windows and Intel QNAP
ServiioLink - Image

More than likely my ffmpeg is not configered well with librtmp but it is. csholmq has kindly shared his QNAP compiled build which works on his plugins
My ffmpeg is the following
  Code:
[~] # /share/HDA_DATA/.qpkg/Serviio/opt/bin/ffmpeg
ffmpeg version 2.1-Qnap_csholmq Copyright (c) 2000-2013 the FFmpeg developers

Re: ITV Player (UK only) - Web Resource

When this happens, try to get ffmpeg -i "url" for the url in the log.

Ideally do this using the QNAP ffmpeg

Thanks Zip, ive informed csholmq and he packaged a fresh new ffmpeg for me and all Qnap ARM users that now works! :D
Fix was to get librtmp from git://git.ffmpeg.org/rtmpdump, for some reason http://rtmpdump.mplayerhq.hu/download/ only host upto v2.3

Re: ITV Player (UK only) - Web Resource

Hi

Totally new to Serviio, I have loaded the ITV Player Groovy file into the plugins folder and have put "https://www.itv.com/itvplayer/the-americans" in as a web resource, but I don't see anything, am i being stupid?

Any help appreciated.

The reason is ITV Player not hosting any more episodes, if you go in the page its days
The programme you're looking for can't be found, this may be because:
The programme is not available
The programme has expired and is no longer available
We don't have permission to show certain films or programmes
Please browse the full list of programmes for other selections

Re: ITV Player (UK only) - Web Resource

Hi

Thanks for the quick reply. I have since managed to get Jeremy Kyle working, only as a test. Is there any way possible to go to the index of ITV Player and then choose or is it a case of putting the url for each program?

Thanks

Re: ITV Player (UK only) - Web Resource

Hi All

Is it just me or is this plugin broken since the upgrade to Serviio 1.5?
  Code:
2015-02-03 20:39:51,815 WARN  [WebResourceParser] Plugin ITVPlayer (UK only) returned no value for resource item 'null'
2015-02-03 20:39:53,026 WARN  [FeedItemUrlExtractor] Soap POST failed with status code 1002

Thanks

Re: ITV Player (UK only) - Web Resource

Unfortunately it looks like this plugin is not working any more. ITV seems to have transformed ITV Player in to ITV Hub which requires a login to watch video streams. So I don't know if this is the end for this plugin but it was good whilst it lasted. Thanks
