Hi,

I installed the Serviio package on my Windows 8 PC yesterday and it seems to work just fine when I access and play local movies on my new Panasonic TV (TX-P42ST60Y).
However, when I installed the SVT Play plugin (very interesting as the Panasonic web browser can not offer a full screen mode for SVT Play) I did not really succeed. I followed the instructions on the first post of this forum thread (I hope they are up to date) and added a few links for the online sources, for example http://www.svtplay.se/kategorier/nyhete ... ram&sida=1
When I then open up the online sources on my TV I can see "SVT Play nyheter" (which I named it) and so on, but when opening it is totally empty. And this is the case for all the similar SVT Play links that I created.

I don't know where to start the troubleshooting. Is this problem familiar to someone? Theories on possible causes and solutions?
Some help would be very much appreciated, thanks!

Hi Jörgen,

The SvtPlay site has recently restructured their HTML markup, which means that the plaugin needs to be rewritten in order to work properly.

So in effect, the plugin is currently broken. Hopefully I will have time to fix it this weekend.

Hi everyone,

It turned out that it was one simple attribute name which hade changed in the markup of the svtplay site.

I have fixed the SvtPlay plugin and uploaded the new version in the original forum post.

I seem to have the same problem, i.e. only empty program categories on my TV, also after updating to the new version of the SVT Play plugin (and then restarting my computer).
Does it work for the rest of you?

Did you add the feeds as "web resource"?

Please provide samples of failing feed url:s!

Yes, I added them as web resources (or webbresurs as I use the Swedish GUI of Serviio)

I have added 3 sources, none of them yields any results:

Thanks for reporting. It turns out that the markup for the category pages had changed too, but in a slightly different way.

I have uploaded a fix for this as well.

Kindly note that you may need to change the url:s for some of your feed definitions. If you previously had Documentaries added with this url:

It needs to be entered like this instead:

http://www.svtplay.se/kategorier/dokumentar?tab=senasteprogram&sida=2

Yes. But when I copy the URL from Safari I need to convert those letters manually. Any tips to speed that up?
