Hi Guys,
I'm rather new at this and need some advice as to where I'm going wrong. I have been having problems getting any online sources to work.
For example I tried the ABC iView groovy file, placing it in my C:\Program Files\Serviio\plugins file. I then created an online source with the following details:
"Source Type: Web Resource
Source URL:
http://feed.theplatform.com/f/dYtmxB/fe ... ?form=jsonDisplay Name: ABC Recient"
Looking at the log it would seem that the groovy is loading
2013-03-21 10:33:47,484 INFO [PluginCompilerThread] Added Feed plugin ABC iView (Australia only) (ABCiView.groovy), version: 1
But it also seems that the web the resource is unable to find it.
"2013-03-21 11:16:36,234 WARN [FeedUpdaterThread] An error occured while scanning for online item information, will continue
java.io.IOException: Cannot parse resource from
http://tviview.abc.net.au/iview/rss/recent.xml. Message: No plugin for web resource
http://tviview.abc.net.au/iview/rss/recent.xml has been found.

I am running Serviio 1.2 (but had the same problem with the older version) on Windows XP, and streaming to a Denon DBP1611UD via cable. I am able to stream local content without issue. I am using a Denon profile with Transcoding enabled.
When looking at the online folder via the Denon I sometimes see subfolders that match the online sources added, however, the are always empty.
I have tried different variations ie: Web resource / Online RSS Feed (the iview is meant to be set as a web resource I believe) with no luck.
Am I doing something wrong? Any feedback would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Chrof2001.
