Bell Media Plugin

Hey there,

I was wondering if someone can create or help me create a plugin for the following sites in order to display Canadian content through Serviio.

All channels provided by Bell Media

And Global TV
http://www.globaltv.com/video/shows/


Questions: How easily can a Plex .py coded plugin be modified to become a Serviio .groovy coded plugin? Is it a good base to start from?
