Updating the bundled ffmpeg

Is it possible to include with the next Serviio version the latest patches to the ffmpeg/librtmp:
- RTMP redirection. Would help the iLive plugin. Currently it's up to jhnb50 or users to manually sniff out the IP.
- JTV token sending. Would help with adding support for JustinTV.

Is there any script you are using to cross compile ffmpeg from there http://www.serviio.org/download?
Tried to update librtmp and built one using that script https://github.com/rdp/ffmpeg-windows-build-helpers.
The resulting ffmpeg works but gives lots of drops (socket write error), so I presume that I'd better start with your ffmpeg source.

Per the 1.2 release notes it seems that the librtmp used with 1.2 is just the old 2.4 version from last July without any of the KSV patches that provide the significant enhancements referenced above.

Additionally, I am unable to access mips.tv or liveflash.tv streams used in
my SkySportsPlus plugin without the latest KSV patch.

Could this be provided as an optional ffmpeg, or provided as a beta now for testing for inclusion in the next release.

1.2 includes the latest code from the main repo. It doesn't include any external patches.
