Problem with YouTube and Stream

It shows up but it's super slow before it starts a YouTube video and it shows in 320x240 on my Bravia 2011 TV, any idea?
Also, radio stream: http://live.fuzionradio.fm:8000/live won't work, it will show up and when i press play, nothing and not available message. It works fine in VLC.
