Toshiba REGZA 37UL863

I have a Toshiba REGZA 37UL863.

This is what i get with device spy:
  Code:
http-get:*:video/mpeg:DLNA.ORG_PN=MPEG_PS_NTSC,

I have got 2 dlna-servers, the first is allshare and the second is the wmp, but i want to use only one dlna-server on my linux-server and so i have found serviio.
The problem is that the movies work fine on this tv with the windows media player 12 and shark007codec pack.
But with serviio (profile: Thoshiba REGZA), the mkv randomly stops while watching and in avi the sound is deformed.
Also the pause/play/forward/backward-function doesn't work.

Can anybody help me to find the failure in the profile?

Re: Toshiba REGZA 37UL863

Try with this profile.

  Code:
   <Profile id="13" name="Toshiba REGZA" extendsProfileId="1">
      <Transcoding>
         <Video targetContainer="mpegts" targetACodec="ac3">
            <Matches container="*" vCodec="h264" />
         </Video>
         <Video targetContainer="mpeg" targetACodec="ac3" targetVCodec="mpeg2video">
            <Matches container="mp4" />
            <Matches container="avi" />
            <Matches container="mpegts" />
            <Matches container="mpegvideo" />
            <Matches container="asf" />
            <Matches container="ogg" />
            <Matches container="flv" />
            <Matches container="3gp" />
            <Matches container="rm" />
            <Matches container="matroska" />
            <!-- if audio different to ac3, must be transcoded -->
            <Matches container="mpeg" aCodec="aac" />
            <Matches container="mpeg" aCodec="mp3" />
            <Matches container="mpeg" aCodec="dca" />
         </Video>
         <Audio targetContainer="mp3">
               <Matches container="mp4" />
               <Matches container="flac" />
               <Matches container="ogg" />
               <Matches container="asf" />
            </Audio>
      </Transcoding>
      <OnlineTranscoding>
         <Video targetContainer="mpeg" targetVCodec="mpeg2video" targetACodec="ac3">
            <Matches container="mp4" />
            <Matches container="flv" />
         </Video>
      </OnlineTranscoding>
   </Profile>

If you're still having problems post ffmpeg -i for the problematic files.

Re: Toshiba REGZA 37UL863

The pause/play/forward/backward-function works in avi but in mkv it still does not work.
Also the problem with the sound in this avi still appears:

Re: Toshiba REGZA 37UL863

I have resolved my problem with this selfcreated profile:

  Code:
 <Profile id="19" name="Toshiba Regza (Opt)" extendsProfileId="1">
      <Detection>
         <UPnPSearch>
            <FriendlyName>TOSHIBA REGZA</FriendlyName>
         </UPnPSearch>
      </Detection>
      <Transcoding>
         <!-- Transcode all video to MPEG-PS stream, with MPEG-2 video & AC3 audio -->
      <Video targetContainer="mpeg" targetVCodec="mpeg2video" targetACodec="lpcm">
                    <Matches container="avi" />
      </Video>
      <Video targetContainer="mpeg" targetVCodec="mpeg2video" targetACodec="ac3">
            <Matches container="asf" />
            <Matches container="mp4" />
            <Matches container="matroska" />
            <Matches container="flv" />
            <Matches container="mpegts" />
            <Matches container="mpeg" vCodec="h264" />
            <!-- If audio not AC3, it must be transcoded -->
            <Matches container="mpeg" aCodec="aac" />
            <Matches container="mpeg" aCodec="mp3" />
            <Matches container="mpeg" aCodec="dca" />
         </Video>
         <!-- Transcode all audio to Linear PCM -->
         <Audio targetContainer="lpcm" aBitrate="192">
            <Matches container="asf" />
            <Matches container="mp4" />
            <Matches container="mp3" />
            <Matches container="flac" />
            <Matches container="ogg" />
         </Audio>
      </Transcoding>
      <AutomaticImageRotation>true</AutomaticImageRotation>
   </Profile>

Now i have the problem with the scale of the movies. I want to change the scale to 1280×720 --> 720p (16:9 PAL/NTSC) HD-Ready.
How could this be done?

Is this the only value for this attribute?

Re: Toshiba REGZA 37UL863

All with this device is working perfect in my opinion with following profile (my LAN is limited in bandwith because i use DLAN):
  Code:
 <Profile id="19" name="Toshiba Regza (Opt)" extendsProfileId="1">
      <Detection>
         <UPnPSearch>
            <FriendlyName>TOSHIBA REGZA</FriendlyName>

      <Transcoding>
         <!-- Transcode all video to MPEG-PS stream, with MPEG-2 video & AC3 audio -->
      <Video targetContainer="mpeg" targetVCodec="mpeg2video" maxVBitrate="4000" maxHeight="480" DAR="16:9" targetACodec="lpcm" aBitrate="192">
                    <Matches container="avi" />
      </Video>
      <Video targetContainer="mpeg" targetVCodec="mpeg2video" maxVBitrate="4000" maxHeight="480" DAR="16:9" targetACodec="ac3" aBitrate="192">
            <Matches container="asf" />
            <Matches container="mp4" />
            <Matches container="matroska" />
            <Matches container="flv" />
            <Matches container="mpegts" />
            <Matches container="mpeg" vCodec="h264" />
            <!-- If audio not AC3, it must be transcoded -->
            <Matches container="mpeg" aCodec="aac" />
            <Matches container="mpeg" aCodec="mp3" />
            <Matches container="mpeg" aCodec="dca" />
         </Video>
         <!-- Transcode all audio to Linear PCM -->
         <Audio targetContainer="lpcm" aBitrate="192">
            <Matches container="asf" />
            <Matches container="mp4" />
            <Matches container="mp3" />
            <Matches container="flac" />
            <Matches container="ogg" />
         </Audio>
      </Transcoding>
      <OnlineTranscoding>
         <Video targetContainer="mpeg" targetVCodec="mpeg2video" targetACodec="ac3">

After new compiling of ffmpeg for serviio 1.3.1 the problems with the default profile "Toshiba Regza" are corrected.
