Playing music albums rather than individual tracks

I have set up Serviio server on my Ubuntu 11.10 box, the console on my windows laptop and play the media on my Toshiba 40RV753.

Somewhat to my surprise I have got all this working, and can browse my music collection on the TV.

I have serviio set so I can browse by Album Artist and then select an album, which then lists all the tracks in the album in the correct track order ...

BUT

I can play all the tracks but only one at a time. I want to play an entire album.

When I go into an album, the first track autoplays. Also there is no album art displayed.

What can I do to get "album" playing?

Re: Playing music albums rather than individual tracks

it would seem your device does not support continous playback (samsung do) so would require playlists and they sadly are not currently possible with serviio, but they have been requested to be added to a future version of serviio.

I doubt playlists will solve they will just be represented as another 'folder'
