Hi
I have a 32PFL4017G and like to watch an .avi with .srt. but in the TV say unsuported file and show a file .mpg not a .avi
I tray with the profiles Philips (2009) and Phillips (2010-)
Have checked:
- Enable transcoding
- Enable subtitles
- Enable burned-in subtitles (I tray with "Only When required" and "Always" and have the same problem

Before zip comes back online - this is not a detailed log file. You must turn on detailed logging as per the link in zip's signature block and then try your media file.

Some things I see in your log:
  • You receive two errors stating the ffmpeg and dcdraw cannot be found. It later finds ffmpeg so not sure what is happening there, but I'm not a Linux user so it may be different there - zip?
  • when it does find ffmpeg, it's an old version. You may want to upgrade that first (search forum for how to)
