Support for Philips 42FPL7655

Dear all,

Could you please let me know if it's possible to get Serviio working on that TV model? I can see the shared files but the TV does not support the format. As suggested by 'zip', here's the information you could need. Thanks in advance.

Re: Support for Philips 42FPL7655

Thanks,
Could you with INTEL TOOL provide Xml Device Description?
or
Could you enable detailed logging file (see signature) and post the log file? (to clean the log file, rename or delete log file and restart serviio service)

You could start with Generic Profile, inform file that work (MPEG_PS (vob), MPEG_TS, etc), and inform file that failed and we try to create a specific profile.

After that, if with Generic profile its failed, try this:
viewtopic.php?f=5&t=2231&p=14911&hilit=Philips#p12870

Please find the XML Device Description attached below.

Generic profile failed indeed, so I tried what is suggested on the thread and it seems to be working. I will perform additional tests to see if everything's working just fine (although no FF, RFF, but the first tests worked fine). Thank you!
