Chapters

When i put a video on a USB HDD and plug it into my new samsung C series tv if i press the enter button (the middle of the directional pad) it allows me to see chapters or intervals abit like pressing the square on a playstation controller when watching a movie on the playstation

would this feature be possible to implement?
