Add "Play on device" function in MediaBrowser

Hello Zip,
I've Serviio very much,

the thing is, using an IR remote control on my Samsung TV is not very good..


Since it already have a MediaBrowser, maybe it's good to add "Play on Device" function, so that on any modern browser, we could remotely control.
