LG TV not updating to new video/slide show
Hello Guys,
We recently upgraded two TV's and the videos and slide shows play fine until you replace them the image fezzes. In order to get this video playing again I have to disconnect from the media server and connect again. Also i have noticed that it shows two files on the tv and it should only be one, is the same file name and extension but for some reason on these two new tv is shows two files. I have 3 more TV's and they are working just fine, i can replace files all they long and they update and play without any issues, only happening to the new tv's
All of them are smart LG TV's, any recommendation would be greatly appreciated.
