Serviio <3 Emby?

I really love the ease and straight out the box setup of Serviio. Its core functionality and backend as a media server with dlna/upnp support just works. Its the presentation and metadata handling that is a bit lackluster and what I would like to see improve.
It was for this reason, I discovered Emby, which is still considerably a work in progress but robust in functionality and is open source. I wanted to find out if at all there could be some sort of marriage between the two platforms, it will be the best media server on this planet!! How can we make this happen?

I would love to see this happen too. It would be wonderful. Serviio is my go to media server but Emby would make it out of this world.
