Have you ever had your Serviio computer on a different network? Did you replace your Internet router? Serviio remembers every IP address that it has seen, so if it was on a 10.x network at any time it will remember seeing them.
I would simply remove them all for now. If they return, then you might have some stray devices on your network, or someone has connected to your network without your knowledge. The 10.x network range is still considered a private network, so it's not that something from the Internet has penetrated your firewall.
