can I install two serviio servers (in two different windows machines.) in the same home LAN?
If yes, how to configure the mediaserver name and tcp and udp port (default TCP 8895 and UDP 1900)

Yes,

Two Serviio servers are on Two different PC with Two different IP Address.(nothing to change on tcp, udp port)
You will see two servers on your renderer with named : Serviio [<hostname>]
