HELP! serviio console not start(with latest version of java)

Goal:
stream video from synology DS213j to sony bravia TV via serviio

completed action:
1. installed java 7 embedded on NAS
2. installed serviio on NAS
3. installed latest 32bit and 64bit version of java (update 25) on desktop
4. installed seviio console on desktop
5. change the remote command line in "ServiioConsole.exe.vmoptions"
6. port forward 23424 on my router

observations:
1. the serviio server are SHOWN in the bravia TV

Problems:
1. CANNOT start the serviio console on my desktop

Any suggestion?

The Synology Serviio version is probably not compatible with the console (1.2.1 vs 1.3). You need server and console of the same version.
