Stream from VLC Player not avaliable from TV
Hello, I have read some posts about VLC Player and Serviio, but I just can't get a desktop streaming work.
I have a LG model 42LN5120, Smart TV with DLNA. My router is also DLNA compatible.
For example, my tv can see the online video link in the online folder, streaming from Sopcast in my computer. Using Sopcast through MPC player is pretty simple to get the ip and then put it on serviio. This ip has nothing to do with my local ips, but works.
Then, I try to make a Desktop streaming using VLC Player. I check the link with another VLC player and it works, it's in fact streaming, but when I try to put it on serviio as online source, let's say http://192.168.1.195:8080 (ipv4), there's no link on the tv avaliable. Or maybe it's serviio not making it avaliable.
Please some help to make it work properly.
